Experience with proprietary database and content and learning management systems preferred.

Coordinates with the Senior Production Manager to create and maintain inventory records for all products in the inventory management system.

Expertise in developing schedules, proofreading, data entry skills, and word processing.

Supports Production Manager by scoping project needs and helping to determine appropriate scheduling:

Assists Production Manager in establishing all appropriate project documentation i.e., tracking sheets, CMS and LMS attributes, product manifests.

Processes and submits Invoices/POs for the department to Finance dept.

Maintain training site and documents, including LMS data entry and management.

Learning Management Systems experience (Workday Learning)

Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred

Create and manage an engaged classroom environment (live and virtual) to ensure effective learning.

Manage the delivery of learning activities aligned to support business priorities and achievement of goals.

Assists with college-wide budgets and State reporting requirements

Possess superior oral and written communication skills

Possess excellent public relations, organizational, critical thinking, and creative skills

Ability and to use independent judgment and sound decision making skills

Possess self-motivational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Assists with grant and/or program administration

One year experience in a post-secondary educational setting

One year experience working with people with disabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS

Must enjoy working with other people and the public and exhibit skill in working accurately with complex details.

Must develop a comprehensive knowledge of the college’s organization and personnel.

Must develop thorough knowledge of students information systems

Organizational and time management skills.

Current and maintained unrestricted dental/dentist licensure in a U.S. state. If a specialist, board certification is preferred.

10 years of clinical dental experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role will work from home within the continental United States

Review dental claims as assigned by the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, required; Master’s degree, preferred, but not required
