Part Time Morning Production Assistant Jobs

Support talent and management during games, events, auditions, orientation, seminars and meetings.

Previous experience in music administration, media production or a related field

The Production Assistant will assist writers, producers, reporters and managers with daily news operations.

Bachelors Degree – Communications or Journalism preferred

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Exceptional customer service skills; ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the members expectations.

Prior Customer Service experience preferred

Creation of ingest placeholders for daily remote and studio feeds

Extensive knowledge of the NFL and College football (team rosters and league activity)

Demonstrated experience with current post production software such as Adobe Premiere CC 2020

Possess excellent communications skills that allow for highly productive workflows between the editorial and production departments

Assist in Producing a number of existing shows, under the guidance of more experienced producers

Help production teams by researching sources for ongoing series, coordinating remote or in-studio booking requests, etc.

Prior internship or working experience in radio/podcast/TV/Film production industry preferred.

Experience with digital media systems, a plus.

Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Zoom conferencing software.

Experience with ProTools or other audio editing software preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of the Chicago Manual of Style, 17th Edition and experience following editorial style guides and copyediting marks.

Execute production of designs by artist (from model to mold to casting to sourcing and finishing) in the Diamond District

Design experience and knowledge of basic sound design concepts.

Three years’ work experience as a sound engineer in a theatrical setting for a touring artist.

Proficient knowledge of Sound, Audio, Video, projection, and safety.

Strong programming knowledge of Yamaha consoles, knowledge of Digico SD7 a plus.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
