Serve as liaison between marketing and Red Bull Arena from a marketing and operations standpoint.

Assist Operations and Special Events teams in the set-up of activations requested.

Monitor usage of activations to ensure it is used properly or in need of adjustments.

Create and manage an events calendar making sure all Nimble attendees have the materials needed for a successful event

1-3 years of experience in an executive assistant and/or event planning role

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Plan event details and aspects, such as ordering materials and swag for conferences, organizing itineraries for participants, etc

Adhere to timeline expectations and remain within budget with all costs

Coordinate, document, and communicate with multiple individuals to meet the needs for the events they are attending

Previous experience with event-management or hosting training seminars.

Serve on Culture Club as administrative and event management support.

Coordinate onboarding tasks, including distribution of guidebooks to hiring managers, gift boxes to new hires, and other tasks as assigned.

Act as a culture champion who believes in, develops, and cultivates a vibrant employee experience.

You can plan, manage, prioritize, and schedule projects with minimum supervision.

Facilitating on-court fan experiences before, during, and after games.

You have at least 1 season or 1-year experience working in a game or event atmosphere.

You possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.

You demonstrate creative problem solving and decision-making skills.

Escorting groups from loading dock to event areas.

Retrieving entertainment equipment from storage, setting up in event area, and returning to storage.

You have experience handling money and tills and can reconcile money from daily ticket sales.

You create a hospitable and inclusive environment for guests of all abilities and backgrounds and provide assistance.

Experience with food preparation is helpful but not required

Build awareness of Boar’s Head Brand premium delicatessen products by engaging consumers through product sampling

Actively promote Boar’s Head Brand products by educating consumers on flavor, nutritional information, and complimentary products

Possess a positive, energetic, and serving attitude

Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned

Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements

1-3 years experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience, with some exposure and knowledge of the Ticketmaster system

Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skills

On-Call schedule rotation amongst the team; after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities

Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills

Box Office experience a plus

Collaborate closely with the Client Engagement and Experience team to plan, organize, and execute game day operational tasks

Coordinate and execute pre-game and in-game experiences, such as cheer tunnels, halftime shows, and post-game events

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Enthusiasm for sports and a genuine interest in providing memorable experiences for clients and guests
