Greeting Customers at the Cashier Office and Answering all Incoming Calls

Identifying prices on Parts or Service Customer Invoicing and tabulating payments using Computers or Calculators

Accepts Responsibility and Accountability for his or her money drawer

Issue Receipts, Refunds, Credits, or Change due to Customers.

Preferred 1 -2 years grocery retail experience in Front End department processes and procedures.

Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Must have knowledge with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Basic working knowledge of accounting/mathematical competency

Good interpersonal and oral communication skills

Responsibly and accurately process payment transactions including credit card, check and cash transactions.

Be comfortable in counting in and balancing out a daily cash drawer at every shift

Check for accuracy in all documents and check for completeness and signatures on all required forms

Always greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, both in person and on the phone.
