Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all interior and exterior areas of store and parking lot as directed by store management.

Offer friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous assistance to customers by providing them with current store and product information.

Previous automotive dealership experience strongly preferred

Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience

Knowledge of products and services of the company

Meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Some customer service/cash handling experience preferred

Process POS transactions efficiently and comply with all policies and procedures while creating a memorable experience

1+ year of relevant retail experience

Achieve email capture and sales goals through creative engagement with customers

Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence

Assist sales associates in determining customers’ needs and resolving all client issues.

Minimum three (3) months of large volume of cash handling experience

Processes students' class fee/obligation transactions by calculating, applying appropriate financial aid and collecting and recording payments accurately

Provides customer service/telephone payments and other support tasks

Resolves student financial issues with students, Registration, Financial Aid and Higher One

Performs other duties as assigned

All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
