Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges.

You have 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.

You have 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.

Answers any Guest questions and directs concerns to appropriate management.

Receives payment from food and beverage Guests, makes changes and issues receipts in a prompt and courteous manner.

Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures of the Company.

Advises Guest of waiting time and recommends beverage outlets to Guests.

Handles any Guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously.

Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.

Performs all or a combination of the following

Receives counts and verifies monies received.

Collects and issues money bags cash funds and sub-custody receipts.

Maintains log record of movement of money bags and cash funds issued.

Prepares the bank deposits of cash receipts for pickup and delivery to designated locations.

Makes change funds for cash registers.
