Part Time Cashier/Receptionist

Woody Buick GMC in Gurnee is Chicagoland’s newest GM Dealership. We are a family-owned dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. This position is Part time and would be about 20 hours per week. Hours are 3pm - 8pm two to three nights per week and 7 hours every other Saturday.
Responsibilities

• Filing and organizing paperwork
• Answer dealership group phones
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Work cooperatively with the sales team and office personnel
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Process and receipt money received
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Greet customers
