Manage internal relationships to serve the needs of Harry’s and retail partners

Manage Customer P&L including trade spend optimization

5+ years of retail and/or consumer products sales experience across multiple channels

Able to adeptly manage multiple SKUs and categories across multiple retailers and footprints. Extremely well organized, no detail is too small.

Lead all customer development activity for multiple grocery customers

Sell with data, serving as the thought leader for the Harry’s and Flamingo brands

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred

Front Office and Housekeeping department experience required

Previous experience in a luxury environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel property software

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must have strong tact and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior managers, team members, and guests/tenants

At least two years of previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a related hotel position.

Excellent oral and written English communication skills a must;

Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

This position requires a flexible schedule based on business demands.
