We are seeking an Overnight Manager. The ideal candidate will have a combination of hotel Front Desk Management/Supervisory level, union and luxury experience, as well as excellent communication skills.

• Please note - the schedule for this role requires flexibility in shifts and days off

What will I be doing?

The Overnight Manager will assist the Director of Front Office and team with oversight of a team of about 15 Guest Service Agents, Concierge and Bell & Door Attendants. The role will manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation.

Annual pay range: $60,000 - $65,000
