Job Description

Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Overnight operations
  • Oversee multiple personnel


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills a must;
  • At least two years of previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a related hotel position.
  • This position requires a flexible schedule based on business demands.
  • Must have strong tact and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior managers, team members, and guests/tenants
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, coach, guide, reward, and develop staff, emphasizing continuous improvement in guest service quality.
