Nutrition, meal preparation / serving and clean-up

Transports persons as needed for employment, activities, and appointments.

Schedules appointments and keeps track of recurring appointments and activities

Responsible for the proper administration and documentation of medications

Ability to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and/or limited mobility (such as lifting, transporting).

Communicate program participant’s progress, mental status, and any changes in daily notes.

Transport individuals to various appointments, work, and recreational activities.

Pay: From $19.83 per hour

Provide education and adequate supplies for proper hygiene habits and social skills.

Must participate in behavior management and physical restraint training once hired.

Relevant experience working with children and/or youth.

Certification in First Aid and CPR (May be obtained upon hire)

Two (2) years’ experience working with at risk youth.

Experience working with electronic health records.

Experience in the field of behavioral health, preferred - not required

Obtain a CPR certification, during first week of work, preferably through the American Heart Association
