Overnight Customer Services Representative Jobs

1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently

Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.

Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.

Handle all front desk related activities including:

Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.

Check members into the system.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

Answer phone calls and direct to correct departments

Have a basic understanding of the loan process or ability to learn

Answer basic questions about VA loan while providing great customer service

Be able to multi-task between sending emails or instant messages to help solve issues.

Work well under pressure when dealing with upset/difficult borrowers.

Performing other duties as instructed by management

Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution

Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred

High School Diploma orGED equivalent (recognized by the Texas Education Agency or a regional accrediting agency).

One (1) year of experience dealing with the public servicing client/customer requests.

Knowledge in Child Care program.

Knowledge with The Workforce Information System of Texas (TWIST) Database.

Skill in utilizing a personal computer and associated software programs.
