Logistics industry experience is highly desired.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Experience in a scale up, fast growing pre-IPO company

Skills to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively

Exceptional communication skills (English & German), both oral and written, and a positive and energetic phone presence
