Organizational Excellence Leader Jobs

Minimum of 7 years of Talent Management,learning & development, organizational effectiveness experience.

Establishes enterprise wide KPIs for the employee experience and develops a reporting cadence and delivery to Executive Leadership.

Proven experience with curriculum development, delivery methodologies and best practices

Evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs and implement changes as necessary to elevate the level and success of all training

Evaluate talent processes, identify and recommend opportunities for efficiencies, and execute recommendations for improvement.

Leads the development of companies employee engagement capability including the rollout of new solutions and initiatives.

Experience developing efficient workload management models

Set strategic goals and oversee program integrity and quality management

Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

5 Years of progressive leadership experience , including experience as a manager of managers

5 Years of experience with customer focused program service delivery

Proven experience as a leader of leaders, including demonstrated experience developing emergent leaders

Knowledge of change management principles and practices.

Drive the adoption of new ways of working by providing guidance, changing management techniques, and leading by example.

Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Program Manager and other stakeholders to shape and refine the team's processes and frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience and expertise in Lean and Agile continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong practitioner skills, with the ability to analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable strategies.

Knowledge of change management principles and practices.

Drive the adoption of new ways of working by providing guidance, changing management techniques, and leading by example.

Demonstrated understanding of HR Business Partner/People Partner practices including organization design, talent strategy, performance management, change management, training and development.

5 years of progressive Human Resources, People Operations, people partnering or other relevant experience

Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience, including prior management experience

Extensive experience directing multi plants or business critical functions

Demonstrated decision-making and Leadership skills

Extensive experience leading large organization change cross-functionally driving strategic business value

Experience driving Six sigma or process standardization through teams

Experience in driving and leading large organizational change

Use expert knowledge in the field of change management, team development or organizational development to propose recommended solutions and identify measures.

Support TLOD Partner and HRBPs and to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Change Management, Team development & OD solutions.

Management of assigned Change and OD processes, including definition and monitoring of KPIs and continuous improvement of the process.

Project management and coordination: lead assigned projects and processes

Manage Change Management and OD vendors of the assigned Change and OD projects or processes

Lead implementation of assigned change management initiatives in the HR area (e.g. Workday, HR Transformation, Bonus Harmonization)

Use expert knowledge in the field of change management, team development or organizational development to propose recommended solutions and identify measures.

Support TLOD Partner and HRBPs and to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Change Management, Team development & OD solutions.

Management of assigned Change and OD processes, including definition and monitoring of KPIs and continuous improvement of the process.

Project management and coordination: lead assigned projects and processes

Manage Change Management and OD vendors of the assigned Change and OD projects or processes

Change Management and Organizational Development (OD) Framework

Experience with project management and MS Project. PMP Certification a plus

5+ years combined of Supply Chain, Customer support, Program management or Engineering experience

Project management guru to drive results across organization to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Engaged in highly visible projects requiring written and verbal communication at various levels of management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project management or Business

Data analytics knowledge and experience a plus
