Order Processing Assistant Jobs

1-2 years sales order processing/management experience in an Enterprise SaaS organisation

Develop effective relationships with internal customers and cross functional internal departments to manage information and the timely resolution of issues

Customer support experience (internal and external customers)

Hands on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA and Slack is a positive

Experience working for a Startup is a positive

Validate opportunity and contract information, flag and resolve any discrepancies

Two years as an accounting, account receivables, customer service representative, or closely related experience.

Business or financial related degree will be considered in lieu of experience.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, ERP system and CRM System.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, speak, and write English.

Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

This position reports directly to the Order Operations Manager.

1 year project management experience a plus

Wide knowledge of SAP, production scheduling, and inventory management

Customer Request Management (Handling daily costumer issues or concerns)

Modifies & Coordinate production schedules to meet project management priorities

Provide proactive and accurate information to project managers.

2 plus years experience working in Customer Service (or equivalent experience)

The Skills and Experience you need

Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the overall customer experience

Proficiency with Math, Basic Geometry and Algebra skills would help you excel

Excellent computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, Internet, email, etc.)

Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written

Previous experience/exposure to working within the Door, Building Materials and/or Hollow Metal industries are highly desirable

Pay rate:$19.00 or Depends on experience

Other duties as assigned by Manager.

OT / Weekends as needed

Temp position with the possibility of being hired on

6am-2:30pm (OT start @ 4am)
