WHAT YOU’LL DO – ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Prior management experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or heavily regulated industry.

Strong analytical skills including trend and statistical analysis, interpersonal, and management skills.

Responsible for performance management of assigned team members.

Present trends from investigation findings and recommendations for improvement to management.

Manage the timely analysis of data, development of investigation plans and execution of investigations to identify root cause(s).

Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills.

Requires significant experience in Cybersecurity, with several years’ experience running incident response programs, including hands-on digital forensics

Manages relationships with third-party investigators and incident-response entities the Firm may have relationships with, as necessary

Exceptional ability to rapidly assimilate and synthesize information under pressure and during compressed timeframes

Maintains the Firm’s investigations processes, incident response playbooks, and related workflows as implemented in systems of record

Assists in day-to-day Cybersecurity threat hunting operations, and handles threat detection and incident response efficiently

Develops and improves incident response playbooks, processes, and procedures, and aligns them with industry standards

Assess risk and manage safety threats to children to work toward positive permanency and well-being outcomes.

Maintain CPS certification. Attend APS certification training. Attend all recommended supervisory/leadership trainings and meetings.

Identify child and family needs and refer families to appropriate services and resources.

Perform Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.

Bachelor’s degree in Police Science, Criminology or a related field.

An accredited four-year college or university in the United States, OR

A current member of the Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE), OR

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master’s degree preferred.
