Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary

·Supporting the sales team with the marketing and logistics requirements

·1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably administrative or clerical.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including solid spelling, grammar, and punctuation

·Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

Organization and Multitasking: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in office administration or customer service will be a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels courteously and professionally.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve front desk-related issues or conflicts effectively and professionally. Escalate complex matters to appropriate personnel when required.

Maintaining Office Appearance: Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field an advantage but not required

Effective team player, with very good interpersonal relationship skills and can work and relate well with co-employees, patients and customers.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Prepare the examination area a half hour before the doctor’s arrival.

Find out the reason for the patient’s consultation.

Assist residents and prepare them to be seen by the doctor.
