Running GSU classes to educate clients on Asset Servicing events

Conduct daily workforce management oversight based on established service requirements.

Oversee the day to day workforce management of the servicing Customer Care team and focus on delivering industry leading service

Assist workforce management in managing the Customer Success Advocate (CSA) shift schedule for accurate planning and shift coverage

Read, analyze reporting, and make data-driven recommendations to management

Manage product and tech escalations via the triage ticketing system

Participate in new training and licensing programs to expand the team’s capabilities

1-2 years of experience working in a call center, loan servicing or collections function within commercial banking or financial services institution

Detailed knowledge of all internal programs and applications i.e. E3, Fiserv DNA, etc.

Maintain reports to track the receipt of pending documents and closing files.

Ensure Schedule A’s are scanned into CoreLogic’s folder

Ensure Hazard, Flood and/or Master Condo policies are scanned into AFR’s

Correct any information sent back from Counties to obtain the Recorded Mortgages.

5+ years of Management Experience

Lead and manage daily work flow in an effort to meet the department SLAs and P&Ps

Previous Financial Industry Operations, Asset Management and/or Investment Operations experience a plus

Knowledge of financial services, asset management and/or investment operations

A college or university degree and/or 1 or more years of relevant work experience

Previous Client Service experience in a service oriented environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met.

Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
