Operational Quality Assurance Lead Jobs

Proficiency with defect tracking and test management systems (e.g. JIRA)

Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

8+ years experience leading QA initiatives for digital products and platforms

Hands-on experience designing and executing test cases across web, mobile, APIs, devices

Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills

Experience developing and mentoring high-performing QA teams

Experience in automated testing tools like Selenium or equivalent automation skills

At least 12 yrs quality assurance experience

Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications

Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization

Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality

Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines

Experience with use cases and requirements management tools

Responsible for overall management of reported issues, test case development and test execution progress.

Responsible for the analysis of project scope as it relates to business scenarios and requirements to develop a QA test plan.

Effectively communicate functional requirements to development team; follow-up to drive issues through the SDLC process

Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing and Customer Support

Experience in managing a team of QA engineers

Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, dependencies or potential issues.

Manage test data architecture definition and requests.

Provide strong team lead and interpersonal skills.

Have experience working with Complex Systems.

Automation experience (Selenium, Appium, Soap UI, RestAssured, Postman, Jira).

Candidate must have 7+ years experience with the following:

Project Management experience a plus

Routinely communicate and report deviations from procedures/processes to Quality Assurance Management and initiate appropriate action as necessary.

Write and/or revise controlled documents in support of job responsibilities.

Training and work experience in root cause analysis tools (Isikawa) and statistical analysis (TQM, SAS) required.

Packaging Operations experience a plus

Perform technical review of cGMP documentation for completeness and compliance to cGMPs as outlined by governmental regulations and internal procedures.

Provide medical consultation and recommendations on training, technique, and education needs.

Participates in the related hospital administrative and clinical activities as requested by hospitals, including transfusion and surgical (trauma) committees.

Participate in medical student and postgraduate teaching activities.

Publishes articles, chapters, books, and lectures and gives presentations on a local, and national level.

Perform cooperative translational and clinical research studies with the goal of obtaining funding (grant or corporate funding).

Participate in regional, national, and international societies dedicated to transfusion medicine, apheresis medicine and/or cellular therapies.

·Experience with, or knowledge of, trauma-informed service delivery strongly preferred.

·Supporting and leading day-to-day operational efforts to maintain a positive experience for individuals utilizing services.
