Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Operational Specialist role based in Houston, TX with some remote work flexibility. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes overseeing operational processes, project management, sales, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Operational Specialist will also be responsible for providing analytical support to leadership and ensuring operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Operations Management Experience
  • Strong Project Management Experience
  • Experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Experience with data analysis and reportong
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
