Participate in team-wide development activities and apply knowledge and experience to support other LAUNCH projects, including:

Coordinating project activities and tracking grant deliverables.

Develop and deliver content and serve as liaison to internal and external partners to support increased access to apprenticeship opportunities.

Track relevant grantee data and present program outcomes.

Develop post-event attendee satisfaction surveys.

Collaboratively work with other team members, offer knowledge sharing opportunities

Graduate of accredited 4-year college / university with educational concentration in relevant areas (accounting, finance, economics) preferred but not required

2-4 years of experience related to: Accounting / Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity

Experience in building integrated financial models and have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization

Identify, request, and process relevant data and information to complete fact-based analyses

Margin management, pricing, product rationalization

Operations management and productivity improvement

Working capital and cash management

Structured project management (time, team, and workstream management)

Hands-on, relevant experience through consulting or industry projects in several of the following areas:

Manufacturing experience in fabrication or assembly environments

Demonstrate exceptional leadership ability, team management and interpersonal skills

Digital Finance Transformation Expertise and proven implementation experience
