At least 3 years of Medical Office experience required.

Basic knowledge of radiology procedures, including general x-ray, DEXA, ultrasound, mammography, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Fluoroscopy, IR and special procedures.

15+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, divestitures, business transformation, and change management

Program management and leadership experience

Providing interim functional management as required

Directors implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.

Experience in integration planning and divestitures a plus, but not required

Experience in leading one or more work streams in a business transformation

5-7+ years of experience implementing operating and cost improvement programs and/or commercial and margin management improvements

Transaction Support: Commercial/Operational due diligence; Carve-Out Assessment; Interim Management; Post-Merger Integration; IT

Commercial Excellence: Revenue Enhancement; Margin Management; Complexity Reduction; Salesforce Effectiveness

Capital Efficiency: Asset Reliability & Productivity; Supply Chain & Inventory Management; Asset Care Planning

Structured project management (time, team and work-stream’s management)

Hands on consulting or industry experience in two of the service areas listed above

College degree or equivalent work experience preferred

THIS IS AN OPEN MANAGEMENT TRAINEE POSITION AND WILL BE FILLED AS NEEDED.

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, with internal and external executive level management.

Manages the bid process and supervises external contractors to project completion.

Knowledge, understanding and compliance of safety, GCOR, and internal policies and procedures.

Minimum of five (5) years’ track related experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience in railroad operations helpful.

Must meet color vision requirements as described in the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Regulations.
