Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details while handling multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Manage busy calendar and schedule high volume of meetings

Manage reports and maintain databases for the department

1+ years of administrative experience in a high-volume entertainment desk at a studio, network, production company or agency

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Proven experience in multitasking and working with multiple people and priorities while delivering on high-quality results and follow-through

Help manage a slate and schedule with a large volume of projects.

Track, read and write coverage for incoming submissions; manage submissions database.

Manage film festival grids; write coverage.

Passion for documentary storytelling; knowledge of documentary creative community

Curious mindset with a deep knowledge of culture and related issues

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Inspect each vehicle for Bar Codes.

Inspect each vehicle to detect damage.

Align vehicles on the lot every morning.

Maintain all lights, pennants, and equipment on the lot.

Park all unattended vehicles throughout the day in their assigned areas to maximize lot space in front of the dealership.

Utilize the latest technology to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Previous dealership experience is preferred, but not required.

You have top-notch communication skills.

You have excellent computer skills.
