Onsite Health And Wellness Coach Jobs in Iowa

Experience encouraging healthy lifestyle behavior changes in wellbeing areas including nutrition, physical activity, weight management, stress management, tobacco cessation.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills; advanced technical skills using PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Willing to seek and maintain wellness-based certifications, such as those provided by NWI, WELCOA or other health and wellness certified organizations.

Bachelors degree in Public Health or equivalent experience in related field

Demonstrate positive outgoing personality, meet customer where they are on their journey to wellbeing.

Display genuine focus on building trusting relationships and rapport with customers, internal partners and external vendors including wellbeing service providers.

Knowledge and experience in health risk assessments, lifestyle risk reduction, disease management and health promotion required.

Must be licensed as a certified as a registered dietitian with a minimum of three years professional, clinical experience.

Additional certifications in personal training (i.e. ACSM Exercise Specialist,) fitness instruction.

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint

Reports to: Onsite Employee Health & Wellness Clinic Manager & Asst. Clinic Manager
