Onsite Health And Wellness Coach Jobs in Arkansas

Previous experience working with clients.

Knowledge of good health practices.

Conducting initial consultations and evaluations of individuals.

Providing guidelines to reduce or eliminate unhealthy behaviors.

Developing and conducting seminars for clients and other employees.

Developing health care plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Experience working with healthcare, exercise science, physical education, hospital, insurance or fitness company

• Experience working with customers on the phone/ phone support experience

• Demonstrated customer service and issue resolution skills

Part time 20 hour Per Week

• Proficiency in the utilization of computer software applications, including MS Word and MS Excel

Supports Management team as needed

Attend follow-up Coach Approach training as offered

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Applicable fitness, training, dietary, or other related certifications preferred

Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

Excellent customer service and customer resolution skills
