Oncology Nurse Navigator Jobs in California

5 years of RN navigator experience

Knowledge of medical terminology required

Ability to ensure follow through with responsibilities and communicate with a varied level of health care staff.

Knowledge of third party reimbursement helpful.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Microsoft Office software experience required, including Excel and Word

Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate prioritization skills/effective time management, demonstrates initiative and responsibility.

Knowledge of managed care and the business segments.

Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare setting and/or a broad knowledge base preferably in Adult, Emergency and Pediatrics.

Maintains working knowledge of the job functions of telephone advice nurse.

Prioritize service and customer experience within each interaction.

Based in Santa Monica, with travel to other L.A. and OC locations as needed

Compensation is between $79.32 and $96.15 per hour
