Reviews, analyzes and processes client paperwork to ensure conformity with contractual, payroll and benefits submission requirements.

Troubleshoots onboarding issues as they arise; responsible for communicating with Recruiting, Resourcing, hiring manager, and new hires

Successfully onboards all new hires from the offer letter stage up to and including their first day

Stay up to date of ever-changing site/customer and Pinnacle’s safety requirements and policies and administer/uphold these requirements.

Provide each prospect and customer with a seamless experience that follows onboarding playbooks from enrollment to conversion as a paid customer

Set onboarding expectations with customers and ensure that milestones are met as you manage the onboarding project

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience working in Salesforce Lightning, Tableau, Salesloft a plus

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent job experience is required
