Job Description

Your role

As an Account Onboarding Specialist at nok
, you are expected to be a trusted advisor to our partners, addressing their informational and technical needs as they onboard onto nok’s platforms. You will guide their rapid and successful onboarding, set timelines and expectations, and ensure nok employees and the partner’s personnel live up to them. As the member of the team responsible for partner onboarding, you are the key to the partner’s operational success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Gather all important data for multiple product types and provide them to the corresponding stakeholders.
  • Arrange the shipment and receiving of refurbishment samples to the warehouse team for processing.
  • Provide successful onboarding assistance to partners in discussions by email, video conference, and over the phone.
  • Positively promote a two-way communication channel with our teams to provide a well-designed onboarding experience for new partners
  • Become an expert user of nok systems/tools and provide support to our partners in a timely manner.
  • Keep internal stakeholders accountable throughout onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations
  • Liaise with the sales team and Account Managers to hand off the relationship after onboarding
  • Manage partner's education and adoption of best practices

Skills

  • Capable of shifting focus, with an excellent sense of prioritization and timing
  • Detail-oriented with an owner mentality - you dot your i’s and cross your t’s, and make sure others involved in your project do as well!
  • Passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers
  • A professional with excellent communication skills with all levels, especially when it comes to clear and concise email
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate B2B environment, with a history of being your customers’ favorite
