Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate the initial two-day New Hire Orientation (NHO) process for all agent-level classes.

Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.

Monitor completion of new hire onboarding policies and documentation.

• Previous Financial Services/Banking/Onboarding/Staffing industry and Vendor Management systems.

Title: HR / Onboarding Specialist

• Technical/associate degree in Business Administration.

· Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience in lieu of education may be considered)

· Sending external employee’s agreements, offer letters, and contracts.

· Experience in a fast paced, efficiency focused environment is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of LinkedIn and ZoomInfo preferred

· Processing new hire paperwork for external employees including running background checks, drug screens and I-9 Forms.

· Guiding new consultants through the hiring and onboarding process

Support the hiring managers in the creation of job requisitions

Updates hiring managers on date of hire

Helps create and manage the HR events calendar for North America

Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Recruiter to schedule interviews

Maintain and update candidate tracking spreadsheet in a timely manner

Serve as Voice of the Customer by continuously soliciting and presenting technology feedback to product management and engineering teams.

Serve as the technology expert for our own platform offerings, such as Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, Xvantage, and more.

Engage directly with new customer accounts to train, educate and enable users to fully leverage our platform’s capabilities.

Collaborate with sales in providing a seamless onboarding experience for newly acquired partners.

Develop and share best practices amongst team members to continuously improve customer experience and increase technology adoption.

Strong experience managing multi-tiered customer and service provider relationships.

Responsibilities of the Onboarding Coordinator:

- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely onboarding of new employees

- Proven experience with high-volume onboarding

- Experience using UKG a PLUS or similar HR onboarding platform

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Review and approve affiliate applications to ensure we are retaining the best candidates for each position to include community management

Basic understanding of onboarding tasks and project management

Create and manage the reporting data needed regarding various stages of the onboarding process

Execute and manage contracts to ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner

Identify innovative and creative new ways to onboard new affiliates in order to reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience

3-5 years experience with coach community and/or related field

3-5 years of professional experience with time spent in a project management /customer facing role.

Project management: 3 years (Preferred)

Provide Customer Service phone, email and live remote support

Manage & procure e-commerce product & service orders

Manage and analyze Account Service Reports on a regular basis

Upload and manage content in our system

Experience building relationships with team members, customer stakeholders, c-level executives, and most importantly, medical providers

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

5% Understanding aligner market trends, practice and patient needs and requirements.

4% Proactively contact locations (in-person or remote) to convert stagnant aligner cases.

Must develop proficient knowledge of Clinical Dental and Orthodontic terms and anatomy, Reveal Aligner Product Line and Aligner Digital Interface

Clear aligner therapy experience preferred.

3 or more years of related clinical dental experience
