They are responsible for ensuring that the office environment is comfortable, efficient, and organized. This includes greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and other administrative tasks. They also provide support to the office staff by helping with tasks such as ordering supplies, setting up meetings, and organizing events. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
