Experience:3+ years full-time relevant work experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, including scheduling, travel management and inbox management

Salary range is between 57,000 and 64,000 USD. WRI offers a great compensation and benefits package.

5+ years of experience in air or ocean export operations

Strong knowledge of air and ocean export regulations and procedures

Experience with Cargowise is preferred

3+years of experience on supply chain, e-commerce logistics or internet industry product/system design or business analysis.

 Assist customer to solve exceptional cases and challenges, keep improving process efficiency and accuracy;

 Timely update all shipping documents and system data to fulfill high data integrity;

 Support team leader on customers’ shipment report and ad-hoc assignment;

Self-learning ,target driven , self-motivated and focus.

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation.

Proficient in using export management systems and other relevant software.

Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and certification is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Supervise and manage a team of air and ocean export coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in air and ocean export operations, including supervisory experience.

Experience in outreach programs and coordinating community programs

Experience working with children ,families and residents at the local level

Knowledge of local resources and school districts

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience in the logistics industry.

Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, including export compliance requirements.

Salary offer Up to $70,000 p/a (DOE)

Coordinate and manage the export process for ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, including export license requirements, restricted party screening, and documentation accuracy.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ocean export operations, preferably in a freight forwarding or logistics company.

The ideal candidate will be technically knowledgeable with a minimum of two years sales experience.

Individuals with healthcare sales experience, as well as healthcare professionals (Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses) with experience in pediatrics.

Must have at least 6 months experience operating a stand-up reach truck in a warehouse environment.

Stock, rotate and put products away in the correct locations.

Operate stand-up forklift to stock, stack and move and retrieve pallets of products.

Inventory replenishing, pull orders, and ensure production has needed products on a daily basis.

Maintain records via computer and/or written data system.

Transport materials or equipment to and from designated areas within the warehouse.

Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts using computerized property management system.

Use logical thinking and personal judgment to perform a variety of office tasks that require special skills and knowledge.

Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.

Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of the hotel.

Verify customers' credit, and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation upon check-in.

Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process.

Identify transactions and tasks that require special handling, recommend improved processes to management and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility.

Past customer service experience is required, as work entails extensive phone contact with carriers and other parties concerning the transportation process.

Knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries and major cities.

Excellent analytical skills to recognize, circumvent and resolve problem situations.

Process bills of lading and provide clear instructions to the team for handling each shipment.

Ability to organize, prepare and assemble documents or reports containing data from several sources.

Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Manage customer relationship in assigned accounts.

High School Diploma plus three more years’ related experience in air and ocean Import or Export operations is required.

Knowledge of import /export regulations, domestic transportation modes and providers is required.

Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for customer services.

Identify transactions and tasks that require special handling, recommend improved processes to management and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility.

Educational background / Work experience

Three years of experience in a role involving extensive client contact required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Computer skills, including frequent prior use of MS Outlook, Excel and Word

Excellent math skills, along with the ability to calculate freight measurements, weight and convert to international units.

Basic computer skills knowledge required.

Review and maintain barge documentation and certificates, notifying the appropriate shore-side manager of any deficiencies.

Experience in Commercial Boating (i.e. towboat, tugboat, commercial fishing, oilfield, heavy equipment operations, commercial farming and/or shipyard is preferred)

12 months of consecutive work experience.

$331/day, plus OT and benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k, etc.)

Must be able to satisfy all United States Coast Guard physical requirements (CG-719K)
