Ocean Import/Export Operations

:

 Manage daily inbound and outbound shipment flow, ensure work with SOP and meet customer’s SLA, maintain a high-standard service level;

 Assist customer to solve exceptional cases and challenges, keep improving process efficiency and accuracy;

 Work with multiple parties including terminal – carrier- trucking company – customs broker and internal sales, China Cainiao team, cross departments on US inbound shipment status and schedules;

 Timely update all shipping documents and system data to fulfill high data integrity;

 Support team leader on customers’ shipment report and ad-hoc assignment;

Repuirments:

1. 3+years of experience on supply chain, e-commerce logistics or internet industry product/system design or business analysis.
2. Familiar with poland logistics market, last mile delivery or cross-border logistics and related product/system solution. Fluent in polish,English proficient in two of the above languages, including verbal, reading, and writing.
3. Strong commercial sense and vision, quickly understand business requirement, provide product/system solution, coordinate resources and implement the solution.
4. Strong communication skills, document writing, good presentation skill, ability to work ,coordinate cross team/department. Ability to work under multi-culture environment, under high pressure and tight timelines.
5. Self-learning ,target driven , self-motivated and focus.
