Assist with patient care, including supervision of pre-op/post-op needs (e. g. labs, EKGs, medication lists, consents, H+Ps) and coagulation management.

Maintains and develops professional practice through continuing educational programs and appropriate learning experiences.

In cooperation with the Practice manager, assists in the development and maintenance of patient education materials in the clinic.

Completes projects on behalf of surgeons and management.

Maturity, self-confidence, and ability to support the management of patients across more than one surgical discipline and location.

24 months of experience is required

Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.

Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience is required.

Weekend Requirements: One (1) weekend shift per 4- week schedule. (Friday 7pm – Monday 7am)

Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse.

Management of the GYN Surgical patient population is preferred.

A minimum of two years of recent (within the last three years) experience in an ambulatory setting is required.

Reproductive endocrinology/IVF/fertility ambulatory office experience, with an experience in co-managing IVF cycles is required.

Experience in team-based care is preferred.

Experience with triaging patient phone calls is strongly preferred.

Membership in professional organizations is recommended and, certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
