2+ years of experience in a role developing predictive or explanatory models and/or experimentation processes

Experience with neural nets and deep architectures preferred

Experience with moderate to large-scale data sets (>100GB) preferred

Excellent scoping and project management skills

Experience with human-centered research methodologies and how to apply them

Experience conducting, managing, and drivin g a portfolio of research projects on a global scale

Passion for driving great consumer experience, ideally at the intersection of digital, retail and sports

Collaborate with partners across multiple functional teams to interpret, define and prioritize research questions then appropriately scope and design impactful solutions

Current graduate or postgraduate student in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Social Sciences, or similar

Abilities in E2E Consumer experience/insights, design thinking, marketing, brand work preferred

Background or knowledge of business and operations retail savvy

Experience in the retail industry preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and open to learning new tools/ techniques

Identify opportunities to streamline store processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards

Enrolled in a MBA program or another Advanced Degree Program with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025

Experience with collaboration and management tools (Miro, Lucidchart , Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus

Ability to manage ambiguity with a bias for action

Experience addressing diverse audiences, including senior leadership

Strong attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making skills

Supply Chain operations and retail industry knowledge is a plus

Experience with analytical tools is a plus

General sustainability skills/knowledge strongly preferred, including experience in corporate responsibility and sustainability

Background in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Textiles, or Retail preferred

At least 2 years of work experience (strongly preferred)

Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership

Identify circular solutions for leather and synthetic leather research and recommend a path forward for Nike's recycling targets

Identifying opportunities to divert Finished Product Waste from energy recovery to higher value circular options
