Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

Monitors and measures receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy assists in staging, sorting, loading, receiving, and delivering of various products.

Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Completes reports by entering required information.

Analyze client forecasts and historical trends to create fulfillment plans to optimize management, equipment, resources, and staffing.

Support the implementation of corrective and preventive measures as discussed with management and customer.

Ensure company policies are followed and take appropriate disciplinary actions in cooperation with management and HR in case of an issue.

Communicate company standards and policies and take proactive corrective actions in collaboration with management to ensure compliance.

Strong inventory control skills and WMS experience.

Manage a safe workplace by advocating training and accident prevention/preparedness. Foster a “safety first” culture through awareness, training, and accountability.

Complete appropriate management tasks to maintain a productive and safe warehouse environment.

Manage and coordinate the daily workload of assigned warehouse personnel to ensure productivity levels are met and maintained.

At least 2 years of warehouse experience required

Food service and/or manufacturing experience preferred

Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines helpful

Good computer skills; ability to learn internal applications

Flexible Shifts, Pay, and Benefits:

Day shift: Monday - Friday 7:15am, 8:15am, or 9am start time

Overnight shift: Monday - Friday 8:00pm or 8:30pm start time
