Warehouse Sorter / Night Shift

We are seeking reliable full-time warehouse sorters to work Monday - Friday from 9:00pm to 5:00am.

Our Warehouse Sorters are responsible for working with team members to coordinate workflow. Helps organize workflow and assist with efficiencies. Coordinates warehouse activities as assigned and trains new warehouse employees to ensure coordinated shipping and receiving plan.

• Monitors and measures receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy assists in staging, sorting, loading, receiving, and delivering of various products.

• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Willingly completes other duties as assigned to meet the strategic and operational and financial objectives of Hackbarth.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Operates various equipment including but not limited to: pallet jack, and hand truck and to ensure products are staged or stored in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Requirements:

• Must be able to undergo a background check and drug test
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be dependable and able to work with little or no direct supervision.
