Network Field Engineer Jobs

Possess complete, accurate, and updated knowledge of all facilities, programs, and services offered at the Sporting Club

Bachelor's degree and 2-5+ years or a High School Degree and 6+ years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Current Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and/or Network+ certification.

Knowledge of building configurations, updating IOS, applying STIG's (Security Technical Implementation guide).

Strong interpersonal skills to work in real world situations.

The ability to support mission requirements during evenings and weekends and evenings as scheduled.

Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail in analyzing and diagnosing network issues.

: Network Engineer (Hybrid Position)

Documentation: Create and update comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset to work well within a diverse team of engineers and cross-functional departments.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to customer locations as required for on-site project completion.

Assists the Network Services Supervisor with administrative responsibilities and organizational management as needed.

Thorough knowledge of project management and network planning.

Engages technical resources and assists technical and project management teams in the development of functional specification documents as necessary.

Works with the Project Management Office as needed for project implementations.

Analyzes and designs new and existing network enhancements. Works closely with users to define and document requirements.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Leads break/fix activities, escalating problems to senior management and/or vendors as appropriate

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management staff

2-4 years of network/security implementation and support experience required

Experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, etc.) required

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner

Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization required

Manage critical customer situations and provide timely resolutions by tracking and escalating issues through proper channels

Provide an outstanding customer experience

Stay current on all product knowledge and system training

Associates degree or industry certifications (MCSE, A+, MCP) preferred

5-10+ years copier service or industry related experience

Experience working with RF transmitting equipment and understanding of principle of RF theory.

Field engineers with some telecom or utility experience a plus!

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required

Prior RF technical experience preferred.

Surveying and field work experience

Understand fundamentals of network device interfacing and programming.

Review incoming IT Service Desk requests and resolve customer requirement issues

Associate's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience

In lieu of a degree, additional relevant experience is applicable.

Provide Network Field Support Services:

Coordinate with Network Advanced Field Operations Team as needed to support activation of device ports

Windows Server or Active Directory
