Experience developing brand identities, logos and 360 degree integrated marketing platforms across multiple advertising and communication mediums.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

5+ years’ experience at a top-tier agency within a creative strategy role

Passionate and knowledgeable about customer-led thinking and behavioural science

Highly collaborative – able to work with and take guidance from other strategists, BD’s and creative directors/teams

Excited about new, non-traditional way to build brands and deliver world-class creativity

Can write a killer deck and present it with aplomb; natural presentation style

Serve as a point of knowledge for practice management and advisor engagement for Ash’s sales team across all lines of business.

Joint calls with Retirement Income Consultants for advisor discussions on practice management

Pave the way to discuss unique practice management items

Assist advisors in understanding how practice management fits into their portfolio

Onboarding calls with new advisors in partnership with Ash’s Client Experience team

Candidate may be in Fort Wayne, IN or remote.

Salary range: 75k – 121k, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.

Advanced degrees in sports performance, sports management or business are preferred.
