This is a great opportunity for a talented CD who masters in copywriting and can influence creative, who wants to get stuck into a crucial part of one of our biggest clients, McDonald’s. If you have a passion for kids and families, then this is the gig for you!


The McDonald’s Family business centers on using Happy Meal to connect families, to build unique moments of happiness and the way we support them to do this is evolving.


We need someone to bring a passionate, authentic and unique tone of voice to the Happy Meal business and your ambition for creating moments that matter to kids and families is going to be crucial in achieving this.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE AGENCY

You are someone who can get synapses firing and make the hairs-on-the-back-of-the-neck stand up. An expert storyteller able to conjure evocative creative territories; inspire world-class conceptual thinking.


Tasked with raising the quality of our creative output through lateral game-changing strategic thought and the perfect set-ups to big ideas that leave clients drooling. You are or have been at a Creative / ATL agency but maybe see the world differently – that traditional media channels are not the best way for your thinking to realise its potential anymore.


You have a passion for building brands across the broader customer experience and get excited by behavioral science, innovation & simply applying creativity. You are on the lookout for an agency that can remove the shackles of your thinking.



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 5+ years’ experience at a top-tier agency within a creative strategy role
  • Appreciation of great creative work and the ability to judge accordingly
  • Can write a killer deck and present it with aplomb; natural presentation style
  • Highly collaborative – able to work with and take guidance from other strategists, BD’s and creative directors/teams
  • Leader - ability to lead strategy, creative and technology teams around a single-minded strategic vision, proposition or insight; be solution orientated and full of drive
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about customer-led thinking and behavioural science
  • Excited about new, non-traditional way to build brands and deliver world-class creativity
