Digitally savvy; MUST be skilled in Google and Microsoft Office suite (Mac OS).

1-2 years of sync, marketing, and/or administrative experience

Provide administrative support to our sync A&R resources, including:

Contacting rightsholders to complete agreements

Previous experience in an account management or customer success role.

Lead Management: Handle inbound leads, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks.

2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role working on a software-as-a-service product.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent at time management, has a robust work ethic, high attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Manage the calendar and scheduling on behalf of the Department and Department Head for meetings with artists, clients, and internal partners

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Thorough knowledge of Canva and DISCO

Experience in creating visually compelling reports and creative decks to convey key take aways in a professional and concise manner

Knowledge of music publishing and marketing

- Work with our catalog to identify and pitch appropriate music to clients in specific regions

- Negotiate licensing deals with music publishers and artists on behalf of our company

- Collaborate with creative teams to find the perfect musical match for each project

- Ensure all contracts and agreements are executed accurately and in a timely manner
