• Answering phones and responding to inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintaining records and filing systems
• Preparing and distributing documents
• Assisting with the preparation of reports
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets
• Assisting with the coordination of events
• Assisting with the coordination of travel arrangements
• Assisting with the coordination of special projects
• Assisting with the coordination of marketing and promotional activities
• Assisting with the coordination of customer service activities
