Overview Meter Reader Specialists are responsible for reading and recording the usage of water, gas, and electric meters. They are responsible for ensuring that the readings are accurate and that the meters are in good working order. They may also be responsible for installing and maintaining meters. Detailed Job Description Meter Reader Specialists are responsible for reading and recording the usage of water, gas, and electric meters. They must accurately read the meters and record the readings in a timely manner. They must also inspect the meters to ensure that they are in good working order and that they are not leaking or damaged. Meter Reader Specialists may also be responsible for installing and maintaining meters. They must be able to identify and repair any problems with the meters. Job Skills Required

• Ability to accurately read and record meter readings

Job Qualifications
