Create effective training materials to empower merchant staff with a clear understanding of the Bbot platform, encouraging adoption and utilization.

Work cross-functionally between our sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to build a delightful experience for our merchants.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 4-5 years of work experience in account management, systems implementation, customer support, or hospitality

Experience working successfully cross functionally with individual contributors Excellent external and internal customer support skills

Experience working successfully cross functionally with other departments
