SEC Knowledge and experience (required)

Experience in public company as Compliance Manager/Director is required (experience in transition from private to public preferred)

Exceptional knowledge of legal requirements and procedures

Manage internal reporting process, including an anonymous telephone/online reporting system.

Minimum seven (7) years of experience in compliance administration within a healthcare-related organization, to include demonstrated leadership.

Must have experience with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid compliance programs; experience with HIPAA compliance programs a plus.

Consult with the Legal Department as needed to resolve legal compliance issues.

Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.

Provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

Serve as the primary subject matter expert and leader on all aspects of SoFi’s Compliance Management Program governance.

Ensure quality and on-time preparation of senior management materials, meeting minutes and follow-ups and materials for board, audit, and regulatory communication

Accountable for implementing and executing a program management structure to deliver expected plan outcomes and timely execution of transformation plan deliverables

Identify and manage execution risks and escalate to senior management and required governance forums, as necessary

Mentor and manage others to increase team competency, continually build a culture of constant improvement and a desire to excel.

Strong communication skills, influencing decisions through advice, and counsel.

Leadership by Doing skills – previous experience developing and delivering on a commercial strategy and leading a team of product managers.

Hire and manage a team of PMs to develop new features and capabilities.

Define programs for prototyping, user-testing and creating MVPs to allow us to intelligently manage risk in new features.

Experience includes multiple, highly successful, end-to-end omnichannel product experiences focused on merchants and B2B, B2C, D2C.

Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

You demonstrate superior problem-solving and organizational skills.

Experience dealing with Boards of Directors and senior management or officials.

Comfortable and able to work remotely and handle responsibilities as part of a small global team.

Offer webinars to share best practices with Members.

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong English written and verbal skills; fluency in other language(s) is a plus but not required.

Experience conducting and reviewing ethics investigations.

Manage any annual reporting or certification requirements; and

Minimum of 8+ years of management experience in compliance, legal or contract administration roles

Overall management of the program;

Project management; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Monitoring of key requirements across all teams to ensure timely implementation and ongoing compliance;

Evaluation of flow-down FAR/DFAR requirements in future customer agreements;
