Member Services Intake Specialist Jobs in Oregon

Previous customer service and data entry experience required, preferably within a call center.

One to three years Behavioral Health experience required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond sensitively to member’s requests required.

Experience with PCs in a Windows based environment required.

Bachelor’s degree in mental health and/or human services field of study required.

Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with Members and all other internal and external customers.

Complete additional tasks as designated by management

Deliver best-in-class customer service to ensure the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time

Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, MS Windows) and an ability to learn new software

1-2 years of Sales experience preferred

Track leads, appointments, and prospect interests in appropriate systems
