They are responsible for ensuring that the medical staff is compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. They also coordinate the credentialing and privileging of medical staff, maintain medical staff records, and ensure that the medical staff is properly trained and educated. They are also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to medical staff services, and for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the medical staff. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in medical staff services or healthcare administration
• Certification in medical staff services or healthcare administration (preferred)
