Copy 24 hour report to all departments

Organize charts for new admissions and enter into EHR system

Collect, assemble, check and file resident charts

Run MDS due and completed reports

Review all treatment and medication books and update physician orders

You will manage relationships with our external agencies for the localization of the materials needed to run the marketing campaigns

Select the line by channel/customer and manage product information, validate translations and localization of creative assets

Great analytical and tactical skills, ability to respond quickly to change.

Min. 5 Years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within FMCG, licensed consumer good, apparel- or beauty industry.

Responsible for pricing (following Regional guidelines) and quotas in conjunction with sales (P&L, margin, forecasting).

Responsible for presentations to Retail during Trade Fairs.

Assist 111/MMC leadership with fiscal responsibilities.

Ensures team certification & licensure are up to date.

Communicate & collaborate with all site's assistant managers.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required

Minimum 1 year supervisory experience

Advanced and current MR and/or CT certification

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in communications, with a track record of ever-increasing responsibilities, management capacities and results-achieving initiatives.

Healthcare communications experience a must.

Proven leadership and team-building abilities to identify, evaluate, recruit, and retain communications talent.

Independent facilitator with proven organizational ability and skill for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

Manages medical clearances and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment

Two years of Dental Assistant experience

NC dental x-ray certification or obtained within 6 months of hire date

Prepares materials for impressions and restorations, takes dental x rays, and processes x-ray film as directed by a dentist

Supports and assists the dental and surgical assistants as needed, including, but not limited to cleaning trays, room setups, and cleanups

Ensures patients are as comfortable as possible in the dental chair, prepares them for treatment, and obtains their dental records
