Medical Billing Account Manager Jobs

Manage account activations and closures for assigned locations on a daily basis

Experience with medical services operations preferred

Assist patients and colleagues within the clinic/laboratory with account questions regarding cryostorage and billing

Respond to patient inquires into the general support line via phone or email

Support disposition process to help clinical side with timely disposition

Assist with insurance claims for storage billing (as required)

Greater understanding of the account finances beyond your projects, supporting your account lead with financial management

Good management of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) – particularly PowerPoint

Input into the resourcing process by sharing with your account lead the requirements for your projects

Oversee cost trackers and coach AEs to set up and manage them

Consideration of forecasting and account requirements, with discussion with account lead

Strong written and oral communication and presentations skills

Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and time management skills.

Reporting sales progress against goals, sharing efficiencies and overall performance, and leading regular follow-up with sales management.

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of sales experience.

Experience working with Deans, Academic Affairs, and Libraries within the medical/allied health space preferred

Experience selling digital solutions or platforms in a subscription model preferred

Managing accounts in CRM and setting annual and monthly sales forecasts and tracking progress and overall performance.

5 years of general accounting experience

3+ years of law firm & legal billing experience (required)

Advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and methods

Help monitor all aspects of billing and serves as a liaison between the assigned billing clients and the Billing group

Facilitate the accounts payable, billing and collections functions for the local office

Collaborate with the centralized accounts payable, billing and collections teams

Certificate of Medical Billing and Coding or Associates degree

Able to work fast pace

Able to handle high volume workload

· Keep a master spreadsheet for all issues that need to be resolved from outside parties.

· Reconcile billing charges to ensure accuracy.

· Resolve all issues at hand and report resolutions to your team.
