The Patient Service Coordinator is responsible for billing, support, and ownership inquiries. This position assists with daily operations for the entire Ovation Network. In addition, this position must execute the policies for dispositions and ownership transfers. This position will also help with clerical needs for the Henderson location. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
How You'll Contribute:
  • Assist with insurance claims for storage billing (as required)
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Manage account activations and closures for assigned locations on a daily basis
  • Respond to patient inquires into the general support line via phone or email
  • Assist patients and colleagues within the clinic/laboratory with account questions regarding cryostorage and billing
  • Support disposition process to help clinical side with timely disposition
What You'll Bring to Numerator
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience with medical services operations preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Two years of customer service; medical/lab setting preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Sales Force and/or Ring Central a plus
