Detailed Job Description The MDS Coordinator Remote is responsible for coordinating and managing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process for a remote healthcare facility. This includes ensuring that all MDS assessments are completed accurately and timely, and that all documentation is in compliance with state and federal regulations. The MDS Coordinator Remote is also responsible for providing training and education to staff on the MDS process, and for monitoring and auditing MDS assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
